A historic re-creation of an 1880s water-powered grist mill. It is in the opening scenes of the classic movie “Gone With The Wind.” This park features sculptures by Senor Dionicio Rodriguez and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
While traveling through Little Rock, Arkansas, you will want to stretch your legs as you walk around the Old Mill. The gardens here are spectacular and done by master gardeners.

I recommend bringing your camera to this attraction, as it provides a glimpse of history and beautiful photographic opportunities.
The Old Mill is located in the T.R. Pugh Memorial Park, at the corner of Fairway Avenue and Lakeshore Drive in North Little Rock. I am compelled to note that no dogs are allowed in the park.
Several paths are easily walked however, not all are wheelchair accessible.
